Birding Trails
REGUA has an extensive network of superb rainforest trails, both marked and unmarked, running throughout the reserve. All are excellent birding trails with huge bird lists and many other animals and interesting plants and invertebrates can also be encountered. Some of our trails now have leaflets giving details of the trail as well as telling you what can be seen.

| Easy - Short distance trails and/or very little elevation. Suitable for all levels of fitness. |
| Moderate - Longer distance trails and/or with some elevation and sometimes an uneven surface. Fair level of fitness required. |
| Difficult - Good level of fitness required as these trails are often steep, climb to high elevation levels and have uneven surfaces. Sometimes long distances are covered. |
